5 Elements Qigong for Beginners

Join Jennie for beginner-friendly qigong in the comfortable and welcoming Clackamas Free Clinic. Warm-ups and activations invigorate the body and connect us to the present moment. Flows and standing postures utilize the principles of the 5 elements of wood, fire, earth, metal, water. These practices strengthen the body’s vitality and release stress.

Sessions on Monday evenings, 5:30-6:30 pm:

  • SOLD OUT – December 2: Fire
